At the Options tab, you can select various options on what is included in the report as well as how the report is formatted. The options that appear will not be the same from one report type to another. Only those options that apply to the selected report will appear. For example, if you are creating a Trunks Summary report, the only options available will be:
Show report parameters on first page
Show unassigned calls only
Tandem Calls: Include combined calls, exclude original calls
However, if you are creating a Detail by Account Code report, the options available will be:
Display base cost instead of billed cost
Show report parameters on first page
Display summary at section end
Show unassigned calls only
