Organizational Summary (Call Traffic) Template
The Organizational Summary (Call
Traffic) report is used to review telecom usage as allocated to organizational
entities.
When you click on this template a Report Options
screen will be displayed with the following set of options:

On
the left side of the screen is a list of checkboxes to select report choices:
Display Base Cost instead
of Billed Cost: If you select
this check box, then the base cost will appear instead of billed cost.
Use Local Currency instead
of Common Currency: If your system
uses multiple currencies (rate tables installed for multiple countries),
click this check box to display only the local currency in the report.
If you do not click this check box, the common currency will appear in
the report.
On the
right side of the Report Options screen will be the following options
that allow you choose from a drop down list of choices.
Summarize/Group on this
Level and Above: This list box contains
a list of grouping levels. When you select a level, the report will summarize
on that level and all levels above it. The level you choose collapses
into a single summation line. The summarizing levels available with this
report are:
Object (default)
Owner Name
Org 1
Org 2
Org 3
Org 4
Organization
Display Choices: This list box allows you to the format for the
organization:

Note:
At the bottom of the option screen there is an OK and Cancel button:
- When OK is
clicked, the options will be applied to the design (saved) and the
Report Designer Editor tabbed screens will be displayed (as described
below)..
- If the Cancel
button is clicked, the Report Options screen will close.
- No settings
will be saved and no design will be created.
- You
will the be returned to the main Report
Designer home page screen.

Formatting Tab
The Formatting tab is used to define basic design options.
Note: For this
template the duration format in the formatting tab defaults to: HH:MM

Fields Tab

The Fields tab is used to select the fields and specify their properties
for the report.
The Fields tab is divided into the following sections:
a.
Headers. The following selected
field names are used for the headers in this template:
- Company
- Division
- Cost
Center
- Department
- Person
b. Columns. The following selected
field names are used for the columns in this template:
- Total
Dur.: This is a modified
field (Total Duration has been changed to Total Dur.)
- Total
Cost
- Inbound
Count: This is a modified
field (Count has been changed to Inbound Count) and has Inbound
as the drop down choice for the Call Type attribute.
- Inbound
Dur.: This is a modified field
(Duration has been changed to Inbound Dur.) and has Inbound
as the drop down choice for the Call Type attribute.
- Inbound
Cost.: This is a modified
field (Cost has been changed to Inbound Cost.) and
has Inbound as the drop down choice for the Call Type attribute.
- Local
Count: This is a modified
field (Count has been changed to Local Count) and has
Local as the drop down choice for the Call Type attribute.
- Local
Dur.: This is a modified field
(Duration has been changed to Local Dur.) and
has Local as the drop down choice for the Call Type attribute.
- Local
Cost: This is a modified field
(Cost has been changed to Local Cost.) and has
Local as the drop down choice for the Call Type attribute.
- Long
Distance Count: This is a
modified field (Count has been changed to Long Distance Count) and has Long Distance as the drop down
choice for the Call Type attribute.
- Long
Distance Dur.: This is a modified
field (Duration has been changed to Long Distance Dur.) and has Long Distance as the drop down choice
for the Call Type attribute.
- Long
Distance Cost: This is a modified
field (Cost has been changed to Long Distance Cost.) and
has Long Distance as the drop down choice for the Call Type attribute.
- Other
Count: This is a modified
field (Count has been changed to Other Count) and
has Other as the drop down choice for the Call Type attribute.
