The Call Count Report facilitates analysis of total call activity as represented by call count for each hour of the day. It is helpful in evaluating call volumes as they pertain to corporate staffing as well as individual performance evaluation. The report may be run with summarization for the entire organization or at the user level with the option to summarize by day within the selected date range.
