Detail by Extension Template

This report provides a listing of each call made or received by an extension.

When you click on this template a Report Options screen will be displayed with the following set of options:

On the left side of the screen is a list of checkboxes to select report choices:

Display Auth code instead of account code: If you select this check box, then authorization codes will be displayed instead of account codes.

Display Base Cost instead of Billed Cost: If you select this check box, then the base cost will appear instead of billed cost.

On the right side of the Report Options screen will be the following options that allow you choose from a drop down list of choices.

Group By: This list box contains a list of grouping levels. The levels available with an Detail by Extension report are:

• Data Source (default)

• Extension Location

Note: At the bottom of the option screen there is an OK and Cancel button:

• When OK is clicked, the options will be applied to the design (saved) and the Report Designer Editor tabbed screens will be displayed (as described below).
• If the Cancel button is clicked, the Report Options screen will close.
• No settings will be saved and no design will be created.
• You will then be returned to the main Report Designer home page screen.

Formatting Tab

The Formatting tab is used to define basic design options.

Note: For this template the duration format in the formatting tab defaults to: HH:MM:SS

Fields Tab

The Fields tab is used to select the fields and specify their properties for the report.

The Fields tab is divided into the following sections:

a. Headers. The following selected field names are used for the headers in this template:

• Data Source: This is a modified field (Data Source Name has been changed to Data Source)

• Extension
• Owner: This is a modified field (Owner Name has been changed to Owner)

b. Columns. The following selected field names are used for the columns in this template:

• Date
• Time
• Duration
• Cost
• Facility
• Call Type ( this field has the Display Abbreviation attribute selected)
• Phone Number
• Location
• Account: This is a modified field (Account Code has been changed to Account)

• Matter: This is a modified field (Matter Code has been changed to Matter)

Note: For this field to made available the Enhanced PSP option should be turned on.

End of Section Summaries option, Summary Columns and Summary Fields section

Note: This template will have an end of summaries section option which will only be made available when “Report” is chosen in the Design Option section of the Formatting tab.  It will not be shown when “Export” is chosen.

Note: There will be an option in the Data Source Headers field to 'include end-of-section summaries'. This option will be checked (default) for this template. The 'Summarize on which field' drop down box will be set to Call Type (default).

Note: This template will have the option 'Include Grand Total summary' checked.

The Summary Columns section contains the following fields (defaults) associated with the Data Source header in this template:

• Call Type
• Total Calls: This is a modified field (Count has been changed to Total Calls)

• Total Duration: This is a modified field (Duration has been changed to Total Duration)

• Total Cost: This is a modified field (Cost has been changed to Total Cost)

• Average Duration: This is a modified field (Duration has been changed to Average Duration) and Average attribute selected for report totals.

• Average Cost: This is a modified field (Cost has been changed to Average Cost) and Average attribute selected for report totals.

Default Constraints Tab

When you click on the default constraints tab, the following default constraint will be chosen for this template:

• Extension

The drop-down dialog box (as shown below) will have 'Like' as the default operator, and the text box will have the value '?*' for the search criteria
