This report is only available for Microsoft Lync and Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) platforms.
The Hunt Group Detail report only shows inbound calls (whether answered or unanswered) that were intended for a hunt group. Calls that are not on hunt groups will automatically be filtered out.

Note: In order to run Hunt Group reports, you must set a parameter in Service Parameters under Cluster Wide Parameters. If you do not set this parameter, hunt group reporting will not work!

By setting this parameter to True (the default is False), call records will show the actual extension that picked up a hunt group call in addition to the hunt group.
Note: This parameter is only available in CUCM 6.x and above. This means that, hunt group reporting will not work in versions prior to CUCM 6.x!
