Video Summary Report

Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) supports a feature called Cisco Unified Video Advantage (CUVA). With CUVA, a video camera (web cam) can be attached to a PC with a soft phone or a phone itself. With this camera, users can make video calls. The video reports let you bill and report on video calls.

Note: Video reports are available only for those that have Cisco Unified Communications Manager.

Formatting Options

Required Constraints Tab

At the Required Constraints tab, specify the date and time settings for the report.

Additional Constraints Tab

At the Additional Constraints tab, the default constraints for a Video Summary report are:

Each organizational level you defined when installing the product
Owner Name
Extension

Click the Add Additional Constraints list box to include more constraints in your search criteria.

Options Tab

At the Options tab, the options available will not be the same from one report type to another. Only those options that apply to the selected report will appear. The options available with a Video Summary report are:

Display Base Cost instead of Billed Cost: If a report contains only one cost field, then the default is to display the billed cost. If you select this check box, then the base cost will appear in the report.

Group by Code Instead of Name: This check box controls how organizational reports are organized. If it is selected, grouping is done by organization code. If the check box is not selected, grouping is done by organization name.

Include Users With No Video Activity: If you select this check box, those with no video activity will still be included in the report.

Show report parameters on 1st page: If you select this check box, then a header page for a report will be created. This page displays the options selected, filters, and other settings that went into making up the report.

Layout Tab

At the Layout tab, the options available will not be the same from one report type to another. Only those options that apply to the selected report will appear. The options available with a Video Summary report are:

Summarize on this Level and Above: This list box contains a list of grouping levels. When you select a level, the report will summarize on that level and all levels above it. The level you choose collapses into a single summation line. The summarizing levels available with a Video Summary report are:

Each organizational level you defined when installing the product
Owner Name
Object

Page Break: This list box contains a list of grouping levels. When you select a level, you specify on which grouping level to force a page break. The following page break choices are available with a Video Summary report:

No forced page breaks
Each organizational level you defined when installing the product
Owner Name

Report Details

Columns

A Video Summary report contains the columns listed below:

Person: This column displays where the call originated.

Total: This column heading is divided into Count, Duration, and Cost:

Count: This column shows the total number of video calls for the entity in the Person column.

Duration: This column shows the total length of video calls for the entity in the Person column.

Cost: This column shows the total cost of video calls for the entity in the Person column.

Inbound: This column heading is divided into Count, Duration, and Cost:

Count: This column shows the number of inbound video calls for the entity in the Person column.

Duration: This column shows the number of inbound video calls for the entity in the Person column.

Cost: This column shows the number of inbound video calls for the entity in the Person column.

Outbound: This column heading is divided into Count, Duration, and Cost:

Count: This column shows the number of outbound video calls for the entity in the Person column.

Duration: This column shows the number of outbound video calls for the entity in the Person column.

Cost: This column shows the number of outbound video calls for the entity in the Person column.

Internal: This column heading is divided into Count, Duration, and Cost:

Count: This column shows the number of internal video calls for the entity in the Person column.

Duration: This column shows the number of internal video calls for the entity in the Person column.

Cost: This column shows the number of internal video calls for the entity in the Person column.

At the bottom of the report, are total lines that displayed
